MY FIRMOO GLASS WHERE ARE YOU?

My firmoo glass where are you?  Just about two months I am still waiting for you. I don’t know why not comes. I am thankful to my SIL because she received five glasses from firmoo and she gave me one. She received for almost two weeks waiting only.  I know all of you are very familiar about firmoo glass. I just wonder because I never received my glass. My sister-in-law said why does not try to go our post office here in Pagbilao, Quezon. Then I thought to go to the post office in Pabilao, Quezon, because there’s no street name in our Subd. but they have a Blk no. and Lot no. and I thought this is the one reason why not my glass received. I also know the firmoo sent me because I will receive the message from email. And off course my first impression was very happy and excited. I try one day to go and ask the post office, and I also know there’s no harm in trying. Guys what do you think? What should I do?

i think you should try your SIL suggestion. ask the one who sent you a trace number… so it’ll be easier to find. Yahweh bless.

Yes, go to the post office and check. I had a bad experience once with our post office. My tita sent me a phone as a gift for my LOLA. But the package didnt arrived and the guys at the post office said it got lost. And when I was demanding a refund for my tita… they did not even bother. That’s one lesson I learned the hard way… if its anything valuable… private couriers are way better

I’m confused.. Is it Pirmo or Firmoo?? Oh well, whatever happened, this is one sad instances that’s happening in our local post offices..

Actually, if it’s been two months already, best to contact the one who sent it. Most couriers will only try once to look for the address, and when they cannot find it the first time, they immediately label these as an RTS (Return to Sender). If the one who sent it hasn’t received it, then go and check with the post office.

In the future, I’d recommend if you’re receiving a package, have it shipped either FedEx, UPS, or any shipping company. They are a bit more expensive, but their couriers are more persistent and more patient finding the address. Also, when a shipment is scheduled to be delivered to you, they will give you a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on where your package is and it can easily be traced in situations like this.

    Hope you get them soon.

That is one problem with our post offices that has not been resolved yet. Just look at the news. I’m afraid this will just be one of your bad experiences as complaints usually don’t get results.
