Zumba Dance

Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian  dancer and choreographer Alberto “beto” Perez during the 1990s. This is involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges  are also included. Zumba Fitness, an organization that sells Zumba videos and products, does not charge licensing fees to gyms or fitness centers. 

Anyway, as a Vice President of homeowner’s association in our Village, our co officers have planned to makes Zumba dance activities.  Zumba dance is a good exercise especially for those who are high blood pressure and don’t have any exercise. We have a scheduled of this activities on Monday, Wednesday and Friday or MWF and Sunday for those who are not available for MWF. Hopefully they have much people to join this activity.
